Just loaded 3ds3 for the first time. Having problems with pull down menus! When
I go to a pull down menu such as info, and try to config. I get kicked out of
the program and receive an Abnormal program Termination: Page Fault (
CS:eip=00fh:0017ca9bh)
Autoexec.bat is a vanilla config? What could be wrong? Any Ideas!

Sounds like you've got a memory conflict. You mentioned your autoexec.bat is
vanilla (no tsr's, etc…), but what about your config.sys? Try a config.sys
with file=35, Buffer=35 only, and see if that clears it up. If it does you've
got a conflict and will need to exclude rom mapped areas from your memory
manager, and stuff like that.

In addition to JohnT's comments, I'd like to know what your settings
are as per pg 66 of the instalation manual. In particular, I'm
interested in it's behaviour when you set driver=vibrant and
graphics_card = Vesa Compat.
