I have installed a Power Point 1.76MB Internal XL Drive in my A2000. It works fine, in terms of formatting HD disks (1.76M and 1.44M both) and reading and writing disks of any OS 2.1 compatible format. The down side is that my computer does not recognize DF1: (nee DF0:). I changed the jumper position on the original floppy drive as per instruc- tions; I also tried the other two non-DF0: positions just in case. When (the new) DF0: is active, its light and df?:'s light both come on. I was really looking forward to having two floppy drives after all these years with just one. Any suggestions?

Bart, I presume you've got an A2000 series machine…if so, you need to change a jumper on the motherboard also. Refer to your manual for it's exact location. Don
