#F-Enhancer for BT2?

After a long and rather satisfied time using BTitler2 (and not using
Fontenhancer 2.0), I found a problem when I tried to convert Adobe-1
PS-fonts for use in BTitler2. The way I chose was to convert the
Mac-PSfontfile with "unpost" to readable PS, as input for "mkbmap",
adjusting it a bit (for smaller size in the fontbox), and got fine
Amiga-bitmapped fonts. But Fontenhancer 2.0 maltreated my fonts, cutting
off the right part of all wide capitals like "W" and "M", and the
underlength of letters like "j" or "g"! So here is my question:
Is there a newer version of Fontenhancer, or another program, that will
produce nice, antialiased fonts like the ones I used with the
BTitler2-packet? I am in Germany, seeming the support here has changed,
and the new distributor has F-Enhancer version 2.0 in shelves.
If it sells with the upgrade for BTitler2, please send me a message; the
distributor could not answer my question.
"unpost" and "mkbmap" are nice little programs from the libraries,

from your message, I gather that "unpost" is a utility that takes encoded PS
fonts and turns them into readable text? If so, where did you find it? I
searched all over and came up empty.
If this "unpost" does what I think it does, I may be able to convince Imagine
to read more of the expen$ive PS fonts I bought 3 years ago. (Really
frustrating to have Imagine tell me only 4 out of a dozen fonts "exist", i.e.
are recognized by the program)

You can find "unpost" on fish-disk 732, buried deep inside, in a folder
"PSTOOLS/T1UTILS", where you will find some very nice little programs too.
"Unpost" cuts the McBinary-header off, with another tool you can
disassemble the file further on, but I have not tried this (no need).
Imagine will be worth a try, thank you for the hint…
BTW, can you help me with the up-to-date version-number of the
Font-Enhancer from InnoVision? I havn't got an answer from I. until now.

thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I don't have access to any InnoVision
products. Your question may stay unanswered, but don't let that stop you from
trying again the next time you have a problem. I've been a CompuServe member
for about 8 years, and even now, with the relatively-free alternatives for
Internet access, I still spend $50/month here — due to the high quality of
messages and people. Next time you have a question, give
Amiga<User,Tech,Arts,Vend> another shot.
