Dear Greg: Do you know of a good 3rd party book for explaining
vidpost? I have a PAR and want to simply do a dissolve in vpost but
I am unsure as how to do it. Any ideas would be a bonus. Thanks

I know for a fact that "Inside 3D Studio" has good info there, but so do the
3DS manuals. Have you tried those? Page 8-144 details exactly what you have
to do for your dissolve!
