on the system w/ the PAR card installed – causes system/network to
halt when my network hard drive is full…
Running Novell Netware and 2 – Pentium 90's w/32Mb RAM each. PAR
w/TBCIV and a 1.6 & 1.0Gb drives (Slave & Master Drives)
Hope it me – Steve

Here's what is happening – 3D Studio renders a frame as defined in Video Post.
PAROUT.IXP as your last process copies all the frames it finds on the network
in order to the PAR and deletes them if you asked it to. PAROUT then exits,
and returns control to 3D Studio. 3D Studio then finishes that frame by saving
the file! Unfortunately, PAROUT has already finished, so there is no
opportunity to delete it! See? All the other machine's frames are deleted
properly, just not the one with the PAR on it!
Fortunately, we have figured out a way around this by saving the file name to
disk that is being currently worked on and then deleting it on the next pass of
PAROUT. As with any file deletion activities, we want to have this very well
tested before sending it out!!!! Give me a holler after May 1st for your free
upgrade!
