Dear fellow users,
I have upgraded my workstation to the OS/2 warp envirormment and would like any
suggestions in using 3D studio. For now I am getting an error indicating that
the PharLap extender won't work with the OS.
Any ideas very welcome.

What version of 3DS are you running? I have no trouble running 3DSr3. I set
the DPMI detection to ENABLED instead of AUTO, and crank up the DPMI memory to
32M. Earlier versions of 3DS may not work, because they use VCPI instead of
DPMI.
