I had to do an animation in which I had 7 parts that assembled themselves.
And at various stages as a stage would come together they would move as a unit
so the next part could align it's self properly and also become part of the
unit and so on till the unit was complete and then move to show off what it
could do.
To use a simple example like a wagon with 4 wheels. The body flys in and
then the wheels go to their respective place and then the wagon does a figure 8
with the wheels turning. Simple right???
I Linked everything, went to the last frame and worked backwards. But
everything that I did changed that objects moves some other place, plus I would
get erratic moves and this was even after I would set key Continuty to "0" on
all planes, and all frames, and all objects. I also tried to work back and use
frame 1 not "0".
I've had good luck before on unlinked objects but this is the first time
that I used linked objects. Help!!! Whats the trick?
Thanks Marv.
