Brad, Thanks for responding. My autoexec has a Set path to ml directory and a set tiga=-mC:\monalisa -lc:\monalisa -i0x7f. It also runs tigacd. The only other command is 67setup which updates the ami bios for the weitek 3167. My config.sys has setver.exe, files & buffers 30,stack 0,0, mouse.sys, and shell=command.com d:\dos /p /e:1024. My tigacd.exe is 44,560 and dated 10-17-91, and the dldtiga.exp is 89,485 and dated 10-4-91. I run the fastacad.bat.I have disabled shadow ram. I have all of the dld in the \monalisa rather than a seperate directory, but altered fastsacad to reflect such. I have used practically every combination of addresses with the following results, -some will not reset the mode via mlmode. Those that will do the following when loading 3ds, -80xx7 required but not present message -followed by Configure Device message and then, -hang, or reboot, or various messages, -Abnormal program termination Illegal instruction or array bounds exception, CS:Eip= 0de7h:0000020f4h or 2060h or 2000h or 1ec6h. The de7h generally is the same except it once read 5d1fh:0000416h. The ml is set for 8 bit transfers and 256 color video mode. The machine is a 386 25 and the tiga drivers for windows and the TI demo work well. I suspect it has to do with the driver not recognizing the weitek, but would imagine other 3ds users would have had the same problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Randy
