Maybe this is old news for everyone reading this, but the PPage 2.1 dot
matrix output offset controls works bizarrely, for me at least.
Specifically, if you tell it to offset the X direction by -0.5 inches, it
only offsets it by about half that amount! So in order to get the -0.5
offset to counteract the LaserJet driver's (?) problem, I have to enter an
X offset direction of -1.0 inches.
Yikes! Is it just me? Is this more predictable in PPage 3.0?

You know, I tried the exact same amount (-.5), and I didn't think it did
anything at all, but now that you mention it, it did seem to help a little.
Anyway, I'll mess around some more, and find an acceptible (and hopefully
constant) offset to use.
