You'all aint gonna believe this one….finally got to a "Barbera" at MSS even
on the 800 number too !!!….she advised me that Excellence! WILL BE SHIPPED
ON MONDAY….. All red and blue label shipments will leave on that day….can
you believe that ???….absolutely NO reason for delay… also she was
astounded that anyone at MSS would have told me "no refund".. (I don't
believe that one)…I now have Wordperfect, and then the jerks decide to send
out Excellence!…what can I say ???…..I think MSS has very serious
internal problems, and they are unwilling to see what they have done to their
image….also she GUARANTEED me that MSS monitors Compuserv ??? (HO HO) well,
if they do and didn't have any gumption to answer any of the comments they
definately have serious trouble….I told her that mine should be here by
Thursday (the Latest) and if it did not make it by then…I wanted a da*n
refund, and (also gave her a 10 minute lecture) on their phone time.. that
should run to about $27.00 ( some retribution I guess.). I will keep you all
posted as to this possible (or impossible) suprise…

John, you must be kidding. Sheesh! Let us know what happens. Hopefully
this time there will be no delays. I know that you have had a difficult time
these past months, but try to be objective when you give us a review. 🙂
