Setting up your Amiga with VT100 via the serial port is just as easy as you
originally thought. In fact most of the public domain telecomm programs will
support VT100. As far as the fax problem, you would have to have a card that
would convert the fax signals for the amiga. One way of doing it would be to
purchase a bridgeboard (if you have an amiga 2000) and then any of the 3rd
party fax boards for PC's. I've not seen any fax boards for the Amiga yet.
