I just received the PageStream font Disk 2 which contains fonts "Elegance, West Side, and Roman Bookface" However, when I try to print out a page using Elegance and/or Roman Bookface using the Epson Q driver at point size 11-15, I still have the same problem of parts of the letters not printing complete. I am using the upgrade v 1.6 and, frankly, I am a bit upset that this problem is still present in the upgrade. Can you advise me of any way of fixing these fonts or driver or whatever the problem is so that I can use the fonts that I just received. Thanks for your help.

The problem of 'broken' characters is not a function of the font, it is a problem caused by Soft-Logik's choice in rounding algorythms. The same bug is what causes the letters to look rough (this may not be as noticeable on your printer but it is quite visible on my HP Laser). I sent a letter to them about just this problem. With any luck it will be fixed in the next upgrade. I know that is an unsatisfactory answer but we'll just have to live with it for now. Michael St. Laurent

Thanks for the info! I had an idea that it was not the font since the problem appeared in more then one font. Like you, I hope that it will be "fixed" soo since I have to use other fonts. And it seems to appear on the fonts that I like the best! Rats!
