I can mount RAD: under 1.3 using either the MiniMegs or InsiderII. My
RAD: device is 523K (50 cylinders), nuff for a streamlined
WorkBench. My current work around is to set the switch on the
InsiderII so it does not autoconfigure, then call addmem after RAD:
is created. The difference is now, InsiderII is at $800000 versus
$C00000. I don't know the difference between these memory ranges so
I'm not sure I've solved my problem yet. As is, everything is

The only real difference between $C00000 and $800000 for the Insider is
that the memory will not autoconfigure at $800000.
I don't know of any other reason why RAD: won't work. I know it is very
touchy about memory configurations and sometimes works better if mounted
later in the startup-sequence. It's also very important to make sure you
have the correct RAD: device drivers for the OS you are using. Other than
that, I am at a loss as to what is wrong.
