Un-abashed Testimonial: Last week, while I was out, I had a lightning strike on…or near… my phone line. My Supra modem 2400 didn't survive (not at all surprising). I contacted Supra about repairs and mailed them the modem on Monday afternoon. I got it back…fixed, and working fine this afternoon (Friday). That folks…is GREAT service! Good job Supra…and thanks again for not forgetting your customers after the sale. Don

Don, That sounds like the Supra Corp. I know and love. I recently got a 68020 board for my 2000 and I suspected that it might cause problems with my WordSync hard drive card. (I was not looking forward to having to reformat my drives or going to great lengths to be able to use them.) I called Supra and asked them about it. They said I would need new ROMS which they would send out to me that day. The ROMs arrived before the accelerator card did. Since the ROMS are socketed on the card, all I had to do was take out the old ones and put it in the new ones. Took me less than 3 minutes. Haven't had any trouble yet that I could attribute to the WordSync card. Chow, Cheryl P!

Had the same experience with US Robotics a while back. It's great to have companies around like that, ain't it?
