f*i]x{w3 I need help. After using JRComm for more about a week
without any problem, suddenly- problems!. For awhile, I was getting past
the loggon and immediately got screens of garbage; a screenfull for every
CR. I couldn't even loggoff. I messed with some settings: I enabled
"strip high bit" and was able to get to the menus, but I'm still getting a
lot of extra stuff. I can't tell where it's coming from, but the system
thinks I'm sending it. It interprets it as responces to it's prompts. I
used Gizmos Terminal, emulating TTY and it worked without flaw. However,
that package doesn't have many bells or whistles.
Anyway, can someone help me optimize my JRComm setting for use with
CIS? I've tried everything that seems relevant and a lot that didn't seem
to be related to the problem. You people have been a lot of help so far,
please see what you can do.

Have you set Jrcomm to 7E1 in the terminal settings? Also which version
are you using? I have been using Jrcomm for about a year and have been
happy with it. Let me Know if you have any other questions. If you are
still having problems a little more detail about when and how the problem
occurs would help.
