Has anyone converted any Adobe Type 1 fonts to Amiga Fonts? I will be sourcing the Type 1 fonts from my Macintosh, transferring the outline files to the Amiga via some Telecom program, converting them to Amiga Fonts and then possibly converting the Amiga fonts to Toaster fonts, but that isn't for sure yet. I need info on each step of the process, ie. file transfer considerations on the move from Mac file to Amiga file, etc… and especially what program or utility (PD, Shareware or commercial) to use to convert the fonts. I also have the bitmaps available in MAC font suitcases, if that is necessary (I hope not!). Thanks in advance, Brian

Brian, Can't tell you much about getting the fonts from the MAC to the Amiga but you will find a program here in Libs which is called FMDTP or FM2DTP which is supposed to convert Type Ones to Amiga bitmap. Paul Plymouth,England

Thanks for the response. As soon as I can get the outline files to copy to an MSDOS format disk in something other than a 0k file, I'll give it a try. Brian
