#QB5.0 Registration card

Hello
I bought Quarterback 5.0 at my local dealer's shop a few days ago but
upon opening the Package did not find any kind of registration card.
How do I go about making sure I get registered properly?, and what
information should I supply?
I am very impressed with the user interface of QB5.0. I have also
applied the 5.01 patch succesfully and so far found the program to work
very well.
I am a registered user of Quarterback tools version 1.5, and am quite
pleased with it. It seems to work well under 2.04 Workbench, but I was
wondering if there are any newer version planned or available?

Was the envelope that the disk was in sealed? The registration card should
have been in the licensing agreement envelope with the disk. If not, then
your package may have been opened before you got it.
In any case, you are in our database, so give me your serial number on the
back of the disk and I'll enter you as having QB as well as QBTools.

OOOPS!! You are correct, What a dim wit.
I must have just ripped open the envelope and dumped out the disk
without checking to see if anything else was in the envelope. Most software
registration cards are just in the box with the docs.
Anyway I will forward my (new found) card ASAP. Sorry!
