what is the latest version of AMAXII?
I have 2.50 and using 7.0 (MAC SYSTEM). The finder crashes when I insert a
write-enabled disk in macdrive (cutting edge).
Anyone know why this is happening?
Finder doesn't crash when write-disabled.

The version I have is 2.51, and I believe a minor update is due soon.
You should also probably get rid of system 7 and upgrade to 7.01 (or
whatever the current system software is).

Call ReadySoft and ask for the 2.53 version update. It will be sent free
of charge. You have to ask to get it. It isn't an automatic update. I
don't know if this will solve your problem, but at least you'll have
something to try and fix it.

I've tried calling for the update several times but always get a busy
signal. So I faxed them a request, with Amax and QuickLink Fax software
nonetheless! I sure hope they respond to their faxes.
