3DS to Renderman

Hi, I have been logging into CIS every week since I got the R2 upgrade for
3D Studio, anxiously hoping to download the promised 3DS to RIB translator
but to no avail!
Is there a new planned release date for the utility? Am I looking in the
wrong place? Am I the only person on the planet who wants to use
renderman?

i'm waiting to , i would love to try that convretion in digital arts with
the pixar renderman.

as soon as i get the utility i will let you know. any other source besides
valis group and the renderman companion for shaders and shader source code?
i will be wanting to port the shaders that i have written to ipas code as
soon as the development kit is ready.

Sydney, I only said that because there seems to so little activity here on
Compuserve about Renderman. Hopefully, with the converter, we will see
