Hi Chris – Last week I left a message on the forum about a problem I
was having in rendering 3ds to the 32k color setting. You left me a
note to check with Diamond about the new 1.01v driver that should
help solve the problem. Yesterday I received another 1.01B driver. I
was actually able to talk to someone in tech support and they said
they did not have that driver yet. They said, in maybe 3 months it
would be available. They also said they know that the Stealth board
is having trouble when rendering to the high end color setting. I've
don't what the others suggested in setting the monitor to 60hz. It
didn't seem to do anything… Got any other helpful tips I could try.
Ron, as others have discovered, Diamond's tech support isn't always in step
with the rest of the world. Seeing as how they have no idea that Diamond
already has 1.02A, which has full support for the Stealth board in all
resoltuions, right now your only options are to 1) download the TurboDLD Demo,
filename TRBDMO.EXE, from this forum. This will give you complete 3DS support,
just like the driver from Diamond. Or, 2) purchase an OEM upgrade from your
Diamond driver to our retail product. This would give you support for all
boards that we support, and you would get free technical support from us. If
