Now that everyone is back from holiday and gearing up for the new year (!?) I am re-posting this query: I am in the process of compiling a complete list of drives, networking products, SCSI and other interface boards, and auxiliary enhancment software. I am seeking references to vendors of these products with whom you have good experiences. If you were going to recommend a vendor to a friend, who would it be? Ultimately, I want to include name of company, address, phone & fax, contact name, and any CIS, AppleLink, BBS or other contact data appropriate, as well as their product line. Any of this info you can provide will be appreciated; I will contact the vendor to fill in any blanks. This is your chance to help fellow Forum members get good information for making their hardware and system software purchases! And a chance to support those who have given you good service. Please post your recommendations in reply to this posting, or e-mail me at 71333,1114. Thanks in advance for your help! Rich Bowers, OPA co-sysop, CDROM Forum

Rich, Sumo Systems helped me a lot with a HA I bought, including sending me a new BIOS for it at no charge. The card cost $79 and runs my hard drive, floppies, and CD-ROM quite happily. 0 Sumo Systems 0 1580 Old Oakland Dr. 0 San Jose, Ca, 95131 0 Phone: (408) 453-5744 0 Fax: (408) 453-5821 0 0 0 -Bill 0 0 0 0 0
