Manfred…
Forgive me for cutting in, but just thought I'd mention that if you had
CorelSCSI, you would be able to get audio from your CD-ROM. CorelDRAW and
CorelSCSI are two different packages; CorelSCSI is available through
software vendors for a suggested retail price of $99 U.S. The driver
package includes support for CD-ROMs, optical WORM and rewritable drives,
floptical drives, SCSI tape and hard drives, and removable drives. The one
package supports DOS, Windows, OS/2, and Novell 3.11, and the only
requirement is that you are using a SCSI card that has an ASPI manager
available for it. If you'd like further details, drop by the Corel forum
(GO COREL) and ask for me!
Yours,
Bryan
