Has anyone heard anything about Commodore pulling out of US market??

Anyone who tells you that is just trying to sell you a PC or Mac system,
just tell them if they can't say anything good about these machines they should
just be quiet and go away.

Some of the things I've seen Commodore developing, IBM or MAC should
get out of the market!

Although I'm not covered by any non-disclosure agreement,
nevertheless many of the developments I've been let into have been
told to me in confidence. In other words until I'm told otherwise I
cannot tell you exactly what is in the pipeline.

NO…I've heard nothing about CBM pulling out of the domestic market,
except for questions like yours.
I've been looking to buy an Amiga here in L.A.
It seems that the Amiga is barely in the market right now.
You might look at my local store, KJ Computers in Granada Hills. They
are an All Amiga store, and very helpful with setup and advice.

KJ is a Cool store, Great Amiga Only support. I try to support them as
much as possible. Usually Buy from Creative though, I hate to haggle
prices and I want stuff cheap as possible.

Creative does have a little better prices, but just TRY to get something
setup there. There is a setup fee for everything, and it's not cheap.
Assuming, of course, you can find what you want behid all the Mac stuff.
And I got tired of the blank stares whenever I asked a question, too.
KJ's support is so good, I can't see why anyone would buy anywhere else.

The "Creative in Lawndale" has a huge Amiga section that is approximately twice
the size of the Apple section, and the one in Santa Monica is moving to a place
down the street shortly where again, the Amiga section will be huge! As far as
service, you're probably correct when you state that KJs' service is better.

Must place my 02c worth in here , Creative were very helpfull over the
phone with me makeing several Intl 'phone calls to chase up an order. In
particular it was the two men on the 'phones that were really good at
going out of their way to find out what was happening.
