tell them you'd like to upgrade to Proper Grammar II. If you tell them
you own both Final Copy II and Proper Grammar, it's free!

One gigantic difference is that the grammar engine is much bigger.
Other than the way the rules are turned on or off, almost all of the
changes are not really visible to the user.
The upgrade wasn't intended to change Proper Grammar, it's just better
grammar checking.
