Currently we do support sampling and digitized audio through Bars &
Pipes in conjunction with the Sunrize AD516. The AD516 is a sampling card
which can sample at up to 48kHz (the same rate used in pro DATs). This card,
as well as Sunrize's Studio 16 (sampling, editing, and playback software for
the AD516) can be totally controlled from Bars & Pipes, through the B&P 2.0
tools included on the Studio 16 program disk. With a setup like this, you can
trigger sampled voice, instruments, or special effects from your hard drive
which can be syncronized with the rest of your MIDI performance within Bars &
Pipes… I hope you find this information useful!
