Suppose that someone felt that they had a "drop dead crawl across the floor"
software concept for the above platform and:
1. Was already a licensee and
2. Has a demo and
3. Has funding lurking in the wings for the 1st of 25 potential titles in the
series and
4. Wants to make contact with 2 or 3 of the top 3DO developers.

Suppose… Well, since no one has any commercial experience with the device
yet, and everyone is basically starting from scratch, I guess I would call 3DO
and ask them for a list of contacts.
I'm not sure I understand your apparent distinction between a licensee and a
developer, but if you are seeking a programmer, I'd start looking around
Redwood City. And maybe we could do lunch…you're buying??
