Still haven't seen ECHOES, but I'll keep an eye peeled. Hope your publishers

My biggest problem is I can read a novel in 2-3 hours, which makes the wait
between books in a series all the more painful — and makes reading an
expensive habit! (that, and I lack the willpower to wait until all the books
in a series are out..)

ECHOES is all over now. Depends on geography, though; trade pbs are shipped
from Random House HQs in Westminster, MD, so they make it across country and
across the northern border in a progression.
Yeah, it only takes a few hours to read one but it takes months to write
one. It only takes 2 hours to see BACK TO THE FUTURE but it took 8 months to
film it, too. Ain't no way I can speed 'em up on my end, I'm doing it as fast
as I can. As for the release schedule, complain to the publisher. They've had
the second book for quite some time and will have the third in June.
