I am not sure I understand your comment. The PAS 16 has SoundBlaster support
built in. Could you elaborate.

Yes, it does, but at least some PAS16s require the use of no IRQ higher
than 10 if you want that SoundBlaster support enabled. Don't ask me why. Mine's
one of 'em.
