Nope, because you can't tell if they did or they didn't. Some of the
DEM's have an RMS vertical error of 7.5 meters, others are 15 meters. At
15 meters you can 'lose' a 4 story building. <grin> And that doesn't say
that each point will be within 15 meters, just that the average of all of
the points will be within 15 meters. That leaves alot of room for creative
license.
