Nick,
Thanks for the encouraging words. Where can one purchase your book, and what
is the title? Sounds like one I'd like to have.
We aren't worried about libel because it is obvious what is on or not on the
disc. I'm amazed that anyone would deny such a situation! In fact, the
comments in the review were actually couched in a constructive manner.
Thanks again for your comments. In fact, the review could have been much more
damming and accusatory (and probably should have been).

Jan,
"The Multimedia Producer's Legal Survival Guide" is intended mainly for
companies that are actually producing titles. At $299, it might be overkill
for you. I'd suggest a solid book on journalism law. I can't think of
anything off the top of my head, despite my years in journalism (or maybe
because of them). JFORUM folks surely can recommend some.
Our book is available from Avtex at (408) 371-2800. It comes with a floppy
(Mac or IBM) with boilerplate contracts, agreements and such.
