i have a pro audio sepctrum 16 board and will install it in a new zeos
vl-bus 486-dx2-66 when it arrives next week. i am looking for a
cd-rom that can do all that is available today. i hear alot about
the nec 84-1. is there more than one version of this drive and is
there a difference between the 84-1 and 84? I plan on using the pas
scsi port to connect the drive, for now. zeos has an scsi-2 on board
chip, which i may change to later, it it will imporve performance.
any suggestions will be helpful.
