For a package which does all that you want, look into CorelSCSI. They
have a rather large list of supported CD-ROM drives (chose your
CD-ROM drive from their list), and also drivers for OS/2 2.0, and
NetWare 3.11 (CD-ROM is on the server and all workstations can access
it).
