EDDIE, I'll have to run this one by the programmer. I cannot think of a reason that it should have a problem finding the device in the normal fashion. Randy.. Ref prob with 2nd.scsi.device on A-4000 I deleted QB and the default file from the HD..Took a orig copy og 5.0 and updated it to 5.4 and now everything works again. It might of just been a glich in the HD itself, the drive has done strange things before, the 4000 has a tendency to overheat at times…. QB Tools arrived last week and works great, its the first version I have had that didn't choke on excellence! when optimizing… Thanks for your time… Eddie.S
