Does anyone know how to read an Atari formatted disk on an Amiga? I have an A4000 and I need to transfer a file in MIDI format from an Atari formatted disk. It should be relatively easy to use this file once I have it in my Amiga but how do I get it off the floppy? Thanks for any info. Greg

Greg, Atari-formatted diskettes should be readable by CrossDOS or any other program that will read IBM-formatted diskettes. The Atari disk format is _almost_ identical to the MS-DOS format. Hope this helps…. – BobR

Greg, Atari formatted disks are compatible with MS-DOS disks, so Cross DOS should work. Cross DOS should be part of the OS that came with the 4000. Don
