I am interested in getting animated files that will work in Corel Draw 3.0B,
also I would like to find info on creating my on animated files and how it's

Sounds like you do not have Animator or 3D Studio, our main animation packages.
AAPro and 3D Studio info is available by calling our 800/879-4233 number – see
if you can get some brochures, and if you like, the dealers nearest you so you
can check them out.
Animator Pro is a 2D paint/animation program. You can paint over time or paste
animations you've already created into subsequent animations. 3D Studio works
from a different perspective. You model 3D objects, clad them with surfaces
(even animated surfaces!), light, and move them around.
