I am looking for a way to customize the color palette of my flics. I need to
display my flics on top of a static background images. The static background
images is using 16 colors. Therefore, I want to limit my flics' pallette to
reserve the first 16 colors for the background image. Is there a quick and
dirty way to do this? I need to repeat the procedure for about 200 flic files!
Any help is appreciated in advance!

If you have Animator Pro, the palette manipulations available will let you
build a customized palette and then convert your existing flics to it.
If you don't have Ani Pro, then build your palette, and use video post to
composite the flics with the background, and build a new flic with the custom
palette option turned on.
