Here is some information that may help put things in perspective. (I like the
part about Commodore last paying dividents in 1965! 🙂

(.CBU) Agrees in Principle with Prudential Insurance Co. of America to
Mar. 1, 1993, Commodore International Ltd. announced an agreement in principle
with Prudential Insurance Co. of America to issue $16,000,000 in new Sr. Notes
t retire an equal amount of Sub. Notes. Under the agreement, $8,000,000 of
Notes, which were due on March 1, will be due for repayment on December 31, and
the remaining $8,000,000 will be due on Mar. 1, 1994.
Commodore and Prudential also agreed in principle to extend a $5,000,000 Sr.
Note repayment to Dec. 31, 1993 from March 1.
In addition, Commodore paid the remaining $12,500,000 Sr. Note maturities due
March 1 to Prudential and another lender.

COMMODORE INTERNATIONAL REPAYS $13 MILLION LOAN TO PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE CO.
NEW YORK (APRIL 12) PR NEWSWIRE – Commodore International Limited
(NYSE: CBU) announced today that it has repaid a loan of $13 million to the
Prudential Insurance Company of America which had been subject to a previous
agreement in principle for a payment extension through year- end.
The company said it chose to make the payment as it was unwilling to
accept the terms proposed.
