Hi there I having a little problem with Anipro 1.3 and 3ds3.a. I have a Orchrid P9000 and when I use either the Weitek P9000 or the Orchrid P9000 drivr in the Vibcfg. I get very stange problems. First problem if I erase the aa.cfg file from the 3ds3 dir 3d studio 3 Fills the screen up biger then the screen res. If the aa.cfg file is in the 3ds3 dir the screen comes out perfect. This is strange because it shouldn't be calling up the aa.cfg file. Then my problem with AniPro is after running 3ds3 it gives me a double screen top and bottom. May be you guy's can give me a clue whats goning here. Oh yeah I have a Targa 64+ and I do have the drivers loaded for 3ds3 could this be a problem. Thanks Mike White [SDP]

I don't have a clue what's wrong with your system, Mike. Perhaps Jonas et al might be able to help you, though. – G

Mike, << 3ds3 and AniPro.. Oh yeah I have a Targa 64+ and I do have the drivers loaded for 3ds3 could this be a problem. >> The first question I have is, "can you get both working correctly without the Targa card?" Simplify your config.sys and autoexec.bat to only files= and buffers= (config.sys) and path statement and load the mouse (autoexec.bat). Do they both work correctly? jonas[adesk]

Hi Jonas My problem does not happen all the time . The problem with Ani Pro just started. Know the problem with 3ds3 is with the newest 3ds3 drivers from 3dsupd.zip on asoft. I'm going to try Ani Pro today with the old 3ds3 drivers. It does'nt make sence that Ani Pro should'nt be effected by 3ds3 vib drivers. Another problem I've found is my *.mli lib's are coming out as default on our newest SXP routines. What I'm mean is that the matlibs included with our disk sets I can't use, but what is even weirder is that nobody has this problem. R.J. , and Keith Seifert say thay haven't had a problem. All my problems happened when I downloaded the 3d3s 0.a Update. Your question about the Targa + board it does'nt effect effect the problem if its installed or not. I've tried with the Targa+ board installed and not installed. Tou should see what the meaterail lib does when I call it up. It looks as if you where getting radio interseption and if you go back to the 3d editor it's fine. This is just one of the bugs there is countless others. Some times 3ds3 will load up fine and sometimes it blows the res out off my video screen. Also it effects other software like VistaPro. If you have any clue let me Know. Also I did'nt have any problem with the vibrant drivers the first update and second update these are the Vib update, but I had a problem with the last vib update and the 3dsupd.zip Thanks alot Mike White [SDP]

Mike, << 3dsupd.zip >> I forwarded your situation to Brian Rudolph and David Ang. They were responsible for the upload. I'm a little confused as to why AniPro is affected on your system. Let's see what they say…. jonas[adesk]
