Sharp JX-320 Opinion?

Hi, Anybody used a Sharp JX-320 color scanner? Is it true 300 dpi? Any comparisons between it and Epson or HP models? Is there an ASDG driver for the JX-320, suitable for ADPRO? Thanks for all replies, John
