If you're looking for a way to play FLIs/FLCs specifically from Visual Basic,
you'll need the files VBPLAY.ZIP which contains the VB extensions that you'll
need for VB ver2 and VBXFIX.ZIP which contains what you need to bring it all up
to speed with VB ver3. Note that these are not MCI drivers but specific fl?
drivers. I believe that these files can be found in the IPAS Usage section and
the Autodesk Animator section.
