Bob, when you demo the Texture Universe IPAS browser, don't forget to do it from the Materials Editor running in a hi-color (not 8-bit) mode. When you run it from a 256-color mode, it takes forever to do a color-cut on the images, but when run from Hi-color (the mode you should be running Medit in anyway), the display is as fast as the image can come up from the disk. – G PS: Re those IPAS catalogs… I spoke to the Schreiber folks yesterday about the 800 number not working from Canada, and they told me that they'd look into it with AT&T. Until then, you can tell the folks who need a catalog that they can just email me here (or if you want to help them out, you can email me a list of their names) and I'll send catalogs off to them then. If I had a postage meter here, I'd send you some myself, but…
