Thank you for your extremely prompt reply. Your guess was right –
it was my system. After another hour or so of Boot-a-rama I
discovered that at some point (or somewhere along the line)
my FILES=60 had been remmed out in CONFIG.SYS – how this could
happen in a 9 config, 167 line CONFIG.SYS file I'll never know.
But anyway, I put FILES back into CONFIG and now can switch
between .SXPs in Medit forever without getting a "WARNING:
That bitmap is not in your MAP-PATH…" error. Take FILES out,
switch between any 2 .SXPs, render sample after each switch
and the error occurs. Your code is tight.
As for the post_med_post error, I can't reproduce it but it
happened with no FILES as well so is probably related to that.
