Thats a tricky question. I guess it depends on the resolution and length of the flic and how well you want the sound synced (Is it just general music or is it a specific soundtrack that must precisley align with the animated action?) If its the first case, then there are a number of shareware programs that can do this. I can't think of the names, but look around. For the work I do, I must align sound precisely. You're best bet is Video for Windows or Quicktime. They will marry the WAV and the FLC into a single file, and they will never lose sync. The reason I mentioned resolution is because most FLC players (if not all) will play every frame of the animation, even if it causes it to slow; this results in lose of sync between computers, and fluctuations in the playback rate as new portions of thte animation are loaded up. AVI and Quicktime will playa at a specific frame rate, at the expense of dropping frames if it can't keep up. You lose info, but the timing is always the same. I use Premeire and it works great! Dave, I have similar question and trying to figure out how to do lip-sync precisely. VFW, MediaBriz, Premiere, or media Merge?? for windows? I had bad luck converting flc to avi and did not seem to be able to edit the sound in VFW 1.1a. Can I edit sound and frame precisely in any or all of these tools? Thanks. Mei-Tien

see my Razor posting in the 3DS forum. It's frame accurate, and I believe it'll handle .flc's. If it doesn't, use the DTA tga<->flc converter available online somewhere. (I know that it's in the GraphDev forum, probably under "morphing") JNJ
