"Still Philips is not totally left alone. Some big Korean companies, SAMSUNG and Daewoo, will bring interactieve CD-players to the market soon. " Well, the question is, did Philips and Samsung buy our Amiga to use the technology to make the CD-interactive finally succesfull, or did they buy it to finish it? I like to believe that the last option is out of the question, but i'm not sure." What I find curious is that SAMSUNG already signed up to make a version of the 3DO console. It was in a press release a month or so ago. Panasonic, AT&T, SANYO, SAMSUNG, GOLDSTAR and TOSHIBA have signed up as a matter of fact, to build 3DO hardware. Nick

For what its worth, in the WSJ this past week, it said that sales of 3DO were much slower than expected. -rob-

At least it has a few software titles. I went to the local Electronic Boutique and checked out the displays. 3DO had about 12 titles, Jaguar had 4 or 5. They said that couple of new Jaguar titles were expected in the next few weeks, though. My local dealer must have 40 or 50 CD32 titles in stock. (of course, many of them are dreckware, but at least there are quite a few.) -Karl Speaking from the Rubble.
