I do not think that there is one at this moment. There is one in Seattle
that meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month (except for last month because they
meet at a school where it was registration time). No, I have not attended a
meeting.
I spoke to the 3DS person at Computer Tools, a 3DS dealer, and was told that
he might start a group, if time permits. So far, time has not seemed to have
permitted. Computer Tools would be a good place for starting a group since
they have a ready made location. You are not at Computer Tools, are you?
