Yes, my company has had a product called "InterChange" on the market since
1987. We announced the Windows version last summer, and I think several Z-D
magazines printed the press release. And their lawyers called several months
ago, asking for a pay-off to use the name. I told them to put the offer on
paper and send me more info. They never did. The lawyer on the phone said it
was for an online service. But this month's issue of Windows Sources shows a
screen shot of a Windows program named Interchange, too.
