#What size tower case?

I'm interested in trying to put my A1200 mother board into a tower case and I
am not sure what size tower, if any would be suitable. I currently have a
mini tower case that I have for SCSI devices, however it appears that it can
only house a 14" x 8.5" motherboard. The A1200 motherboard is 15.5"x7.5", and
when you include my GVP accelorator and SCSI cards, the overall size is
17.5"x7.5", but I'll probably need 17.5"x9" when I consider adding connectors
to the ports on the motherboard.
Are there tower cases that house larger motherboards, or is the 14"x8.5"
pretty much a standard? I was looking in computer shopper and I see different
size cases (I assume overall dimensions), but I don't know if the motherboard
area is larger as well in the larger cases?
Does anyone know anything about motherboard sizes in PC tower cases, or has
anyone attempted what i want to do?

PCs have a standard size motherboard. The A1200 doesn't. Good luck.

I thought this might be the case (no pun intended), Oh well, I can drop this
idea from my list of things taking up my time and draining my pockets <G>.

There is a company in Gardena CA call Ambitious Technologies that offers a PC
tower configured for integrating your A4000 guts. You end up with lots of
power, lots of space, and lots of slots. Their numbers are: 310 532 0787
(voice) and 310 532 0785 (fax).
But those extra slots are AT slots, right, not Zorro ones?

Right, but at least you won't have any AT cards hogging up space where a Zorro
card could go. You might ask them if they have any extension capablilities for
Zorro slots.
