concerning my problems in Boarding and downloading. You seem to be the only
Sysop so far that has been able to or is interested in, helping me, so I would
like to continue to receive your help, and see if I can get somewhere. On your
message to me, # 148076 of May 25, you told me to "strip the high bit" on my
Baud Bandit. Now, how do I go about doing this. Thanks again for your help.

Just how many sysops do you 'need' to respond? <g>
I don't use Baud Bandit so I can't tell you exactly how to set it to strip
the high bit… look in the setup menus under modem, teminal and com
settings for something that says 'strip high bit', 'strip bit 8' or
'filter'.
Check your Baud Bandit documentation as well. Hopefully someone who uses
BB will see your question and reply.
