I am just about to purchase the Digital Processing Systems "DPS
Personal Animation Recorder DR-2100". I currently use a VTR setup
but it would be nice to see the video before I output it to VTR. Am
I being cheap buying this system? What horror stories are lurking
around the corner for me? Should I consider the Matrox Animation
Xpress card instead? Should I consider any other playback cards?
Please be honest and give me the ugly truth about these cards.

btw, be sure & get the Micropolis HD (Although sold as package for Amiga
(R.I.P.), Seagate is not recommended due to recalibration/speed).
