In your diskcatalog program you mention the need for hard copy of the file
list. Surely this "file list" is a textfield, so able to be "put" into a
"container". Once it's in a container you simply "save" <container> as <"PRT:">
so the script would be:-
put empty into printdoc put textfield "FileList" into printdoc save printdoc
as "PRT:" put empty into printdoc
Bingo one printed what-have-you.
For your disk problem you would need some kind of Helm command that monitors
the hardware/software of the drives. That is the best solution so voice your
need to Jerrell. Other than that you would need to check the drives yourself
and somehow catch the "DF0:empty" requester that the Amiga throws at you with
some error script. Not sure if this is possible or not.
